SIGNATURE FLIGHT
Our Signature Flight showcases five wines from our Tasting Room exclusive Chardonnay and Pinot Noir portfolio from our Sleepy Hollow and Diamond T Vineyards. We offer a Chardonnay Exclusive Flight, a Pinot Noir Exclusive Flight and Customizable Flight. Our Signature Flight also features our Fidelity Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the pinnacle of our portfolio. This experience can be enjoyed in our Tasting Room Lounge or, for our wine club members, on our Patio (weather permitting).

LEGACY FLIGHT
Our Legacy Flight is a remarkable tasting experience that pairs five wines from our estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with select gourmet cheeses. This experience can be booked in our Tasting Room Lounge or for wine club members, on our Patio (weather permitting).
