Begin your Legacy flight with a splash of our Sparkling Brut to celebrate your visit. Then, discover the nuanced art of wine and cheese pairing while enjoying a tasting flight of five of our most highly sought-after tasting room exclusive wines, including Fidelity Chardonnay and Fidelity Pinot. The pinnacle of our portfolio, Fidelity is composed of the best barrels from our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Each wine is perfectly paired with a selection of artisan cheeses. Selections change seasonally.

Carmel Beach Picnic for Two
We have thoughtfully curated the perfect sunset beach tote so guests have everything they need to sit back and enjoy the sunset. Included in the Talbott picnic tote is a bottle of Talbott Sparkling wine, two cheeses selected by the cheese monger at The Cheese Shop and all the accoutrements needed to enjoy!
