2021 Fidelity Chardonnay

Named after the Talbott family motto, Touts Jours Fidele, which means "Always Faithful," Fidelity Chardonnay is the pinnacle of our portfolio. Our 2021 Fidelity Chardonnay showcases a single block of Chardonnay from our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Aromas reminiscent of a warm-baked tart filled with lemon custard rises from the glass. Layers of juicy peach and pineapple play on the palate, underscored by notes of caramel and vanilla. The mouthfeel is decadent and creamy, leading to a long finish.
