The 2021 Talbott Diamond T Chardonnay captures an expression of minerality from Monterey's ancient seabeds. Hints of oyster shell and a silky salinity support layers of tropical fruit. The palate is bright with crisp notes of apple, pineapple and lemon zest. Underlying hints of Tahitian vanilla and creamy custard pull through to create a luscious finish.
